Daily Lotto is the South African National Lottery’s everyday game. There is a draw every evening at about 21:00 SAST, and results are normally published soon afterwards.
How to enter
Choose five different numbers from 1 to 36, or ask for a Quick Pick. Each set of five numbers is a board. Check the draw date and price with the seller before you pay, and keep your ticket or the confirmation from your banking app.
Prize divisions
| Division | Match | Chance per board |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 5 numbers | 1 in 376,992 |
| 2 | 4 numbers | 1 in 2,432 |
| 3 | 3 numbers | 1 in 81 |
| 4 | 2 numbers | 1 in 8 |
Daily Lotto has no bonus ball. The Division 1 jackpot does not roll over to the next draw: if nobody matches all five numbers, the published rules move that prize money down to the lower divisions, which is why Division 2 sometimes pays much more than usual.
After the draw
Compare your board with the correct date on the Daily Lotto results page, or use the ticket checker. Prizes must be claimed within 365 days of the draw through the operator’s official channels. LottoFun provides information only and does not sell tickets.
